Ok, now that you’re good and proud, well, um, I’ve only made one meal since then. But I spent a week with a cold, and then Andy spent a week really, really miserably sick. There just wasn’t time or energy for us to play around in the kitchen.
The meal we did make was a fettuccine with parmesan-lemon cream sauce, which was really good. It was pretty easy and quick, and had a ton of flavor. We used the recipe we saw here, but we used cauliflower instead of yellow squash because that’s what we had in the fridge.
