It’s one of those weeks. You know those weeks that feel like a roller coaster so you just need to close your eyes and hold on tight? That’s not to say it’s been bad. It’s just busy. From the ongoing saga of our air conditioning (several more hours spent on that this week with still no success, so hopefully we’re not being charged by the hour!), to making ice cream for our wonderful friends’ 75-guest rehearsal dinner tonight (hers: strawberry margarita and his: bourbon vanilla with a bourbon caramel swirl!), to having to wash dishes in the bathroom sink all week (don’t even ask). It’s just one of those weeks.
