And just like that, it’s Friday again. Such great news. We’re going to spend the weekend working on projects. Sometimes when a project takes too long, I just start to get so mad at it. Like, why aren’t you done already, you jerk! But mostly things don’t get done because I procrastinate. So maybe I’m the jerk. I hope you have a wonderful weekend, whatever it is you’re doing!! We’ve been riding our bikes a lot lately from one farmer’s market to another, filling my basket with corn and green beans, and even the occasional pie.

Patio weather is the best weather. And happy hour is the best hour. This is at Spice Kitchen.

Trixie’s favorite thing is to sprawl out on the rumpus room rug, on her back, with her feet up in the air, and it’s just about the cutest thing there is. And silly. It’s pretty silly, too.

For some reason I just love this photo, despite it being totally blurry and cut off. It so perfectly captures such an imperfect moment. It makes me smile every time I look at it.
