Guess what… WE’RE GETTING A PUPPY!

help us name our puppy, contest + giveaway, Burritos and Bubbly

In just a couple of weeks, we’re going to drive down to Cincinnati and pick up our new goldendoodle puppy (half golden retriever, half poodle). She’s five weeks old in this photo and will be eight weeks when she comes home. She’s the cutest, fluffiest, sweetest thing you’ve ever seen, but the thing is… she needs a name! And we want YOU to help us name her! As a big thank you for reading Burritos and Bubbly, we’re giving away one $50 Target giftcard* just for suggesting a name. This cutie needs a good name… and who couldn’t use a little extra spending money this time of year, right?

*This contest is in no way sponsored by or affiliated with Target. We purchased the gift card ourselves to say THANK YOU for reading Burritos and Bubbly! You have up to five chances to win — just log in to the Rafflecopter widget below and follow the instructions. Winners will be chosen randomly by Rafflecopter. The contest ends Nov. 28, 2014 at midnight EST. The winner will be contacted by email and listed on this blog shortly after the contest is complete. Sorry, open to U.S. residents only.

We can’t wait to see what names you suggest! Come back the first week of December to find out what name we give her!

  1. I like people names for dogs! Mandy, Josie, Sophie, Layla. Hard to pick one without knowing her personality! She’s cute though!

  2. Loving these pet names!
    Mabel
    Adella
    Lisbon
    Sherwin
    Reno

(All three of our kids have Cleveland themed names so of course Damon and I played the “what would we name our kids if we lived in Paris” game this past week!)

  3. Well, I was going to say Moët. But Steph took my idea! :P

    So I’ll go with:
    Pérignon (Peri for short) :)
    Champagne

    OR:
    Gertrude
    Myrtle
    Ethel
    Florence
(To fit in with the theme of your 1890 house)

Good luck picking a name! Puppies are so much fun! And our neighborhood is perfect for pups! <3
