{Edit: This giveaway is over. Congratulations Cathy for winning the tickets!}
We’re excited to have two tickets to give away, as well as a discount offer on tickets, to the Sixth Annual Great Big Home + Garden Show at the Cleveland I-X Center, Feb. 6-15!
Featuring over 1,000 experts and 600 exhibitors in the fields of home improvement, cooking and gardening, there’s really something for everyone at the Great Big Home + Garden Show. It’s like Pinterest come to life, with everything from Cleveland-Rocks-themed gardens by some of Northeast Ohio’s top landscapers; to cooking demonstrations at the Loretta Paganini Cooking Stage; to a fully constructed, 2,400 square-foot, inspiration-filled Idea Home by Blossom Homes… Whoa! Tom Silva of This Old House will be there, as well as Matt Muenster of DIY Networks’ Bath Crashers, best-selling-author and self-proclaimed “Food Hacker” Todd Wilbur, and nationally recognized design/build contractor Ramsin Khachi. If that isn’t enough, you can even enjoy fine dining among the gardens in the Cambria Bistro, a full-service, white-tablecloth restaurant, or enjoy pub food and a ping pong tournament in the Danny Vegh Break Room.
Like I said: something for everyone!
The Great Big Home + Garden Show runs Friday, Feb. 6 – Saturday, Feb. 15, at the Cleveland I-X Center. For more information, including a schedule of events, check out www.greatbighomeandgarden.com.

Ah! Well, we just finished our pallet wall in our living room, so I s’pose the next project for us would be an island for our kitchen. We want to convert an old dresser into a butcher block top island. That should be fun! :)
Both of those projects sound awesome, Kayla! Send pictures!
I would live to update our kids bathroom! New floor, tile the bathtub, paint!
If I could, I would remodel the kitchen. Unfortunately, we must do some unexpected repairs elsewhere first.
OMG, where do I start? (you said what projects would I do if I could? here you go…)
– The attic would be redone to become a 3rd floor retreat. Would love to add a full bath and a skylight, cork floors, and some air conditioning so I could enjoy it in the summer.
– Second floor bath – redone to convert the weird closet/balcony thing into a second floor laundry.
– Main floor – a project that is actually on deck for this year is a refresh of my living room. Paint color picked, fireplace refresh decided, some new furnishings identified. Just need to fix the chimney leak and gutters so I don’t ruin my paint job. Also need some minor plaster repair. And if I could, I’d refinish the floors.
– Kitchen – swap out countertops, install undermount sink. Fix ceiling and take out the stupid door next to the pantry I never use.
