Holy moly, we just realized that our big kitchen renovation started a year ago this week. It’s one of those things that feels both like it was yesterday and like it’s always been this way. This was by far the biggest renovation we’ve ever done (or had done). It was 12 full weeks of construction. 12 weeks without eating at home… with a four-month-old baby. It was torn down walls, all new electrical, all new HVAC, and essentially when it comes down to it, it feels like an all-new house!
We put together this fun slideshow that shows our kitchen’s progression from really tiny and closed in to the bright, open kitchen that we have now! We’ll show you a bunch more current kitchen pictures in the coming days and discuss how we feel about all the decisions we made, what we love most, and what we’d change.
In the meantime, enjoy this slideshow! Hit the arrow on the right side to move to the next slide.
