Our House

We bought a new house!

After living in an almost 3,000-square-feet, 125-year-old registered historic site in Cleveland’s urban Ohio City neighborhood for five years, we decided we needed a change of pace… and a downsize. So in 2015 we sold our old house and bought a much smaller split-level home in Bay Village, a small suburban town about 15 miles west of Cleveland, within walking distance of Lake Erie. The new house was built in 1963 and what it lacks in interesting architecture, it more than makes up for in potential. We love what we can turn this house into and we’re really excited to make it our home!
